The Moments That Matter Cannot Wait
A diagnosis can change everything in an instant. Not just emotionally, but practically. Families navigating autism and complex developmental challenges are often told to act quickly, then left waiting. Waiting for approvals. Waiting for funding. Waiting while critical developmental windows quietly pass.
The Supermoon Project exists to close that gap. We step in during the moments that matter most, when help is needed now, not months from now.

Closing the Gap Between Diagnosis and Care
We believe often the hardest parts of these journeys are often not medical, but human. They are shaped by fear, overwhelm, and lack of access at the exact moment support is needed most.
Our mission is to help families access critical therapies, care, and resources without unnecessary delay.
Through direct financial support, powerful storytelling, and shared experiences, we transform uncertainty into forward motion.

Immediate Support. Real Impact.
The Bridge Fund is the heartbeat of The Supermoon Project. It provides immediate, time-sensitive financial assistance to families following diagnosis, helping them access therapies, evaluations, care, and developmental resources without delay.
The Bridge Fund Supports:
• Early intervention therapies
• Specialized evaluations and care
• Urgent developmental support services
• Access to critical educational and therapeutic resources
An Evening That Changes Lives
Our benefit events are more than fundraisers.
They are spaces for connection, storytelling, music, and shared humanity, where families, artists, physicians, advocates, and supporters come together around a common purpose.
Through live performances and lived experiences, we transform awareness into action and generosity into immediate impact.
Every ticket. Every song. Every moment helps fund critical care for families in need.

Where Science, Story, and Support Meet

The Supermoon Project was created to reimagine what support can look like for families navigating autism and developmental challenges.
We bring together three powerful forces:
Music to connect, heal, and inspire Storytelling to honor real experiences and build understanding Direct Support to meet urgent needs with tangible action. Because families do not just need information. They need compassion. They need resources. They need to know they are not alone.

Meet The Founder
Matthew Hart
The Supermoon Project was founded by Matthew Hart, a physician, father, and artist whose life sits at the intersection of science, compassion, and creativity.
Through both professional experience and personal lived experience, Matthew recognized a critical gap: families were being asked to act quickly without the support systems necessary to do so.
What began as a vision to bridge that gap has grown into a movement, one that combines clinical understanding, human empathy, and the unifying power of music to support families when they need it most.
